I never received item after three weeks and had to file a claim with Etsy to get a refund as the vendor never responded to any of my emails.

Husband diagnosed with terminal cancer and I forgot I had just started this Etsy shop. It was a terrible time and I wasn’t checking emails. I apologized to the buyer and explained the situation. I think I only had one listing, at that time.
