Where do I type my personalization?

You will see a text field to the right side of the product listing. Please provide all the details about your personalization for accuracy. Then add the item to your cart. It will keep all the instructions together with your order. During the check out process, you will be able to review all of your personalization. If you think that you made a mistake with your personalization, please send me a message immediately so I can cancel your order before your ornament is personalized.

When will you ship my ornament?

Orders are being personalized in 1-2 days after your order is placed however it might take 3-4 business days to actually ship them when it is Holiday time. Especially, on November and December, it might take up to 5 days for your package to be processed by USPS even USPS truck picks up all the packages from our location. For this reason please make sure you choose the correct shipping option at the check out to prevent late delivery.

Can I change the shipping address if I already placed an order?

Unfortunately not. I can cancel your order if you reach me before your package is ready to ship so you can re-order with correct shipping address.

My ornament is broken or misspelled. What should I do?

If we made a mistake with personalization or your ornament arrived damaged we will replace them and send a new one next day if we have them in stock. If we are unable to get the ornament in stock, we will offer you a choice of another style or a full refund if we can't replace the ornament.

Can you change the skin colors or change the color of the ornaments?

Unfortunately not because the ornaments are glossy finish, they are not paintable one more time after glossy is dry.

I placed my order. I forgot to add bottom message. Is it possible to add the bottom line of the ornament?

Unfortunately, I am not able to add or change the personalization details after the order is complete. Once your order is received, I start working on it and make it ready in a short time frame which makes impossible to make personalization changes.

Hello, I just placed 2 orders with you for Christmas Ornaments. Is it possible for you to ship all 3 ornaments together?
