I didn't receive my order, can you help me?

The download link is sent to your e-mail address automatically right after purchase. Sometimes you need to wait a few minutes to receive it, but if it's still not there after a while, please do the following: 1. First, please check your SPAM folder, as the e-mail sometimes lands there. 2. You should also be able to access it in your Etsy account, under your purchases. However, please check it via browser, not the app! 3. If none of these help, please contact me!:)

I can't install the presets, can you help me?

You will also receive a PDF file with your purchase, which most of the time offers enough help with this issue. The most common problem usually is that a customer tries to install the wrong file format to the wrong platform - please make sure you install the DNG files to the Lightroom mobile app, and the LRTEMPLATE (for the older Lightroom versions) or XMP (for the newer Lightroom Classic versions) files to the desktop software! However, if you need further help, there are many tutorial videos on Youtube that can explain the installation in a clear and visual way. This is the easiest and quickest help, but of course, you can also contact me, and I'll reply as soon as I can!:)
