I like the custom sweater I received. True to size and great quality. My order maybe a one off issue but there were a couple issues. Such as with the tracking number and getting an updated response after they were going to look into it. The customer service I received was unsatisfactory. The item didn't ship until after I emailed. If they would of communicated any delays I would of understood. I get that things happen. But not getting a response is not professional. I am undecided if I would use again.
