What is the difference between DIY and fully completed?

Our DIY options come with all of the components, EXCEPT THE SEEDS, to complete these exact packets on your own. That includes the envelopes for housing your own seed, sowing labels for double sealing each envelope that read "plant with love", floral or solid color background wraps (depending on the item purchased), personalized outer wraps and hemp cord tie to tie it all together. Our DIY options come with standard 2-3 day processing. Our fully completed options come 100% completed, WITH SEED INCLUDED, and are all tied up ready for you to pass out. For our fully completed options, we provide 3 choices for processing times: 2-3 day processing, 3-5 day processing, or 5-10 day processing.

What do I need for my DIY order?

As a reminder, our DIY options DO NOT INCLUDE SEED. So to better prepare yourself for your DIY order, here's what you will need: any flower seed of your choice, a paper cutter or scissors, glue or glue tape, and lots of love =) We include a full set of step-by-step instructions for assembly, but if you ever need help along the way, you can always contact us directly. We recommend setting aside approximately 4-6 hours per 100 packets for assembly.

How soon can/will I get my order? (Processing & Shipping)

We completely understand how time sensitive your order can be, so we do our absolute best to provide a wide variety of PROCESSING and SHIPPING options to best meet all of our customer's time frame needs. PROCESSING time is the amount of time it takes us to handmake and/or assemble your order. All of our DIY options come with standard 2-3 day processing. Our fully completed options have the choice between 2-3 day processing, 3-5 day processing and 5-10 day processing. SHIPPING time is the amount of time it takes for the shipping company to get your order to you from the time we submit it. We offer 3 different shipping options as well to best suit your needs: overnight, expedited (1-2 days) or standard (3-7 days)

What if I need my order sooner?

If none of our provided time frames suit your needs, just shoot us a message and let us know! We are always open and willing to do whatever we can to meet your time frame needs to the absolute best of our ability.

What if I am looking for a different quantity?

If none of our provided quantities or options suit your needs, just shoot us a message or request a custom order. We would be more than happy to help meet your quantity needs and provide you with pricing.

Do these come with seeds?

Our fully completed options DO come with seeds included, but our DIY options DO NOT come with seeds.

Where do I include my loved one's information?

You can include your loved one's info in the "notes to seller" section upon checkout, or you can message us through Etsy directly and we will be sure to link the information to your order.

Why does my order say it won't ship for 2 weeks when I chose a lesser option?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, Etsy does not recognize our different time frame options within each listing, so all of our options are based off a standard time frame of 5-10 business days. You can rest assured that if you chose a lesser option, we have it well noted and you will receive your order as described in OUR options. If you would like better verification though, please feel free to contact us at any time.
