✦ HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE FILES ✦
Sign in to your Etsy account with browser (not Etsy app) and download the files by going to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases.' Locate your purchase and download the ZIP file using the 'Download files' button. The files will also be sent to your email. Files are provided in zipped folders, and must be unzipped before use.

✦ HOW TO UNZIP THE FILES ✦
- Mac: double-click
- Windows: right click + extract all
- iPhone: open the Files app. Locate the file you wish to open in the “Downloads” section of the app. Tap the zip file.
- Android: open Files by Google. Locate the file you wish to open. Select the ZIP file. A pop up appears showing the content of that file. Tap Extract. You’re shown a preview of the extracted files. If you want to delete the ZIP file after extraction, select the “Delete ZIP file” checkbox. Tap Done. The extracted files are saved in the same folders as the original ZIP file.
