This mini clown hat is made from a white satin over a buckram frame that has been also covered in another layer of fabric underneath- so it's super sturdy and has a perfectly smooth surface. The pom pom on top is black and hand made! It stands 8" inches high.
You won't see a hat like this anywhere else!

It comes on a headband that goes through elastic on the botton so you can slide it into any position on your head. I use only the most comfortable headbands that fit kids or adults comfortably.

I am not a costume rental shop. I must be contacted THE NEXT DAY if you are not completely pleased with your purchase. Items must be sent back within TWO DAYS and you must provide me with tracking.
If you have ordered as a rush and give a date that you need it and then contact me after that date- that also negates any returns.
I am not responsible for the USPS or FEDEX for not getting your items to you in time as long as I have held up my end of the deal and gotten them out in time.
