Terms and Conditions of Monoglee on Etsy

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the customer and Monoglee regarding orders of items through the online shop on Etsy. By placing orders for products, the customer agrees to these GTC.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order without obligation. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer places a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded once we accept the customer's order through a confirmation email or by shipping the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices indicated are in Euros and include the applicable value-added tax. Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be communicated to the customer before completing the order. Payment is made using the payment methods available on Etsy.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made within the specified delivery time indicated on the product page. We ship the goods to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer bears the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. The precise conditions and information regarding the right of withdrawal are provided in our withdrawal policy on the Etsy page.
6. Reservation of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Monoglee until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to free rectification or replacement delivery.
8. Liability
We only accept liability for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us or our vicarious agents. Liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded.
9. Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection regulations and treat the data transmitted by the customer confidentially. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy on Etsy.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is our place of business, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special public fund.
