Shipping & Lost Package Policy For packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance (up to $100). USPS is responsible for transit times and tracking updates. Tracking may remain on “Acceptance Pending” until your package reaches a distribution center. This is normal and does not mean it hasn’t shipped. USPS does not consider Priority Mail lost until 15 days after shipment. If there’s no update or delivery by then, we will: Open a Missing Mail search. File an insurance claim if needed. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Plant is very small and as described a starter plug. It has been slow to grow and seems to struggle getting established. Hopefully it will beging growing as the transportation shock wears off.
