My first attempt to bake a pizza in my new Arc XL oven was a disaster. We get a strong breeze in the afternoon most days, and it kept blowing out the flame. Took over an hour to get up to 900F. So I started looking for a baffle to block the oven opening and found this item at a reasonable price. It fits the opening well although it leaves perhaps a bit too much opening on the ends -- but I expect it will help solve my flame-out issue. I received the item promptly via UPS. It was well-packaged and had the protective sheet in place. The stainless steel is thick and nicely cut, however, as others have said, the edges are sharp. I will need to spend some time with my rotary tool to round off the edges. The handle is wood, not bakelite . . . a minor disappointment . . . but overall I am very happy with my purchase.
