HOLIDAY PROCESSING TIMES - READ BEFORE ORDERING
As of 11/1, our current printed TAT is 1-2 weeks. Embroidery TAT is 2-3 weeks. This does not include transit times or the possibility of inventory shortages/delays. These are just estimates and not a guarantee of when your item will ship or be delivered. When you receive your shipping notification this means we have started your order, not that the order has been dropped off to the carrier. Given the volume of orders we receive on a daily/weekly basis, we do not do daily post office drop offs. USPS picks up our outgoing shipment 1-2 times per week. If you need your item by a specific date, please message us PRIOR to ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline.

EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE YOUR COLOR AND SIZE ACCORDINGLY.

All our printed items are designed, printed and pressed in-house using a top-of-the-line direct to garment (DTG) printer. For darker color garments, we will use direct to film (DTF) transfers so the print is vibrant on the garment. For certain prints (like those with glitter) we use heat transfer vinyl (HTV). If you have questions about which method will be used to print, feel free to send us a message. All colored prints will print as shown in the listing photo. For non colored prints (black or white prints), black is the default color that will print on your item (white will be defaulted for forest and black items). For any changes to the default color of our prints, please message us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate the requested change.

All of our embroidery designs are designed and embroidered in-house using a top-of-the-line 15 needle embroidery machine. Most embroidery prints will embroider 10 inches wide on the garment which will look larger on smaller sizes and smaller on larger sizes, which will vary from the mockup photo of this listing. If you have questions about the size or position of the embroidered area of your garment, please message us prior to purchasing. Embroidered items will embroidered as shown in the listing photo unless given the option to "personalize" before adding to your cart. The personalization is only for thread color and not to add/remove/alter the image. If you would like to change the thread color of a non-personalized item, please message us prior to purchasing to ensure we can accommodate the change.

Adult t-shirts are Comfort Colors but are sometimes substituted with Bella + Canvas dependent upon color and size availability. Youth T-shirts alternate between Comfort Colors and LAT, Toddler T-shirts are Rabbit Skins. All brands are known for their super soft feel and for being sustainable fashion brands. Adult & Youth crewnecks are Gildan brand, Toddler crewnecks are Rabbit Skin brand. Alternate brand options are available upon request. To maintain our fastest turnaround processing times, our garments may be substituted with an alternate brand if the supplier is experiencing inventory shortages. If you have questions regarding which brand of t-shirt will be used for your order, please message us prior to purchasing to confirm inventory.

T-shirts are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton.
Sweatshirts are 50/50 blend (50% Cotton & 50% Polyester).

PRINTED ITEM CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash your sweater inside out in cold water on delicate setting BEFORE the first wear. A pretreatment is applied to our printed items to help the ink adhere to the fabric and direct sunlight will activate the pretreated area and a discoloration will appear. Avoid dryer if possible and if absolutely necessary to dry, dry on tumble dry low. Do not iron on printed areas. Do not bleach or use fabric softener on garments.

EMBROIDERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All embroidered garments should be washed with a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents. If bleach is required, use non-chlorine bleach in accordance with product instructions. Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Remove garment promptly after wash cycle completion. Do not leave any piece of embroidered clothing soaking in water or laying in a pile when wet. Do not rub stained embroidery. Do not wring out embroidered garments. Dry on normal setting.
