Do US buyers have to pay customs fees?

Are macrame pieces adjustable?

Yes. All macrame necklaces and anklets are adjustable thanks to a sliding knot system, which allows you to easily adapt the length.

Are the jewelry pieces water resistant?

Stainless steel pieces can be worn daily and handle water without issue. For brass jewelry, occasional contact with water is not a problem. However, after contact with salt water (sea), it is recommended to rinse the piece with fresh water and dry it to preserve its shine over time. Macrame jewelry can also be worn daily without concern. Like any textile-based piece, it is simply best to avoid prolonged exposure to water to maintain its quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Are the jewelry pieces handmade?

Yes, craftsmanship is at the heart of Atelier Reinette. All macrame pieces are entirely handmade by me. Stainless steel necklaces are assembled by hand. Most jewelry selected in Morocco and India is handcrafted by local artisans. Vintage pieces also come from traditional craftsmanship. With rare exceptions, the jewelry offered is artisanal, and if a piece is not handmade, it is not presented as such.

Custom and personalized orders

For certain macrame designs, custom colors may be available. If you would like to offer a piece with a custom size (child, smaller or larger wrists, etc.), change an earring hook, replace a pendant with another one I have available in the shop, transform an anklet into a bracelet, or make another small adjustment, feel free to contact me before placing your order so we can discuss it together.

I am absolutely in love with these anklets! I bought two colors (black & white) and the braided cords are comfortable, and the silver spiral charms have such a unique, artistic look. What really made this experience stand out, though, was the shop owner, Juliette. When my shipping was slightly delayed, she reached out immediately and was so kind and professional throughout.
