This listing is for custom orders wherein the customer has provided us with their own digital file and we are performing the task of production of that design using 3D-printers. We use resin printers that specialize in preserving high levels of detail on small objects such as miniatures for tabletop games and small to medium sized models for collectors and painting hobbyists.

If you are interested in having us make something for you, send us a message here on Etsy with details of the project. After reviewing your digital files and confirming the desired size of the object, we will give you a price quote.

We can adjust the size of any given file to fit your needs, but we do not alter or customize the designs themselves.

Shop-wide sales and discounts do not apply to custom projects, but our free-shipping deal still applies to any order with a subtotal over $35.00

All of our miniatures are printed with GREY colored resin. We use a high quality resin mix and all printed objects are carefully washed, cured, and touched up in order to give you a high-quality product. However, minor imperfections may occur such as small pieces of supports remaining (which are easily removed with tweezers), or small blemishes (which are usually concealed during the painting process).

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement, they will need to pay full price + shipping for another order.

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.
