I'd like my print on a certain date - can you guarantee this?

Printsorama will try our very best to get your prints to you for a certain date, however it's not always something we can guarantee as it is out of our hands once in the hands of Royal Mail. To avoid any disappointment please order your print within good time however we are a home run business so we always dispatch your art within 1-2 working days.

My order hasn't arrived yet - what can I do?

If your order has not arrived in the time frame that you expected, please do message us to make us aware of the delay so we will do all we can to help as soon as possible.

Custom and personalised orders

All our orders are packed in padded envelopes and are labelled as fragile. Occasionally, Royal Mail ignore this request and bend the art work! If your order arrives damaged, please send Printsorama photo evidence of this and we will send a replacement free of charge.

How do I personalise my Print?
- Simply let us know the required information in the personalisation box when checking out and send us your chosen photo to go on your Print via Etsy Messenger once your order has been placed. We will then customise your Print and send a final proof over to you before shipping.

For all Digital PDF's We will send you a PDF version via Etsy chat or an email (if provided) - if you would like a specific size for your digital file, please make a note on your order!

We package all our prints in a protective cello wallet and post in a sturdy card backed envelope to ensure they arrive in the condition we left them in.

What if my order doesn't come on time?
- We dispatch all of our prints within 1-2 days of receiving your order, personalised prints will also be dispatched within 1-3 days. If your order seems to be taking longer than usual to arrive please message our page and we will do everything we can to help. We post all our prints with Royal Mail who are very reliable.

What if I am unhappy with my order?
- If you’re unhappy with your order from Printsorama please message our page with any concerns and we will work with you to satisfy your problem.
