Is My order Trackable?

For Default Shipping Service Tacking is not available for parcel. Please expect a Minimum of 15-20 days for transit and deliver, it can take few more days depends on the delivery location. your package could arrive sooner, but according to the USPS this is the estimated time.

Is Customer's Contact number Required?

Yes, we strictly recommend for customer's contact number, because some time customer is not available at the time of delivery and for rearrange the delivery of the product, shipping company requires and customer's contact number so that they can rearrange the delivery according to the availability of the customer at the delivery address.

Do you have another shipping service which is trackable and faster?

We have DHL e-commerce and UPS for your shipping which is DHL USD $7 and UPS $4.99 it takes 10-14 working business days with full tracking. Please be aware that for international order it can take anywhere from 15-30 working days or sometime 36 days during the heavy traffic in the peak season, it has tracking buts some time it is partial tracking, you may not receive update. Please don't worry untill the 6 week period as it is very safe.

When my order will be shipped?

We hand make each piece of jewelry with care and lover from scratch in our home studio meaning it takes us 2 to 3 working days to crate it and have it mailed to you. As Soon As it is mailed we mark it as shiped. Shortly after we receive the tracking number back from the post we add your tracking information to your order and you will receive and automatic email explaining how to track it. if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
