Custom orders are our jam! We would love to work with you to help bring your design idea to life!

Do you accepts returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error in ordering (i.e. ordered wrong size/change mind about order). We do work with you in the event there is an error on our part, and refund you immediately if that is your desired resolution.

Do you offer priority/expedited shipping?

100% yes! Please select priority shipping if you need your item by a certain date. This will give you the best chance of getting your item on time. We do our best to maintain our next day shipping timelines, however, once the item ships, any delays are out of our control.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Since I ship directly from my production partner I'm unable to send a physical gift card message with your order. I'd be happy to provide a nicely designed digital note free of charge that you may email to your gift recipient. Please message me if you would like this option with your order and I'd be happy to provide this for you free of charge!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our average estimated production time is 1-3 business days. The estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days. Please note that these estimated times may extend past dates provided, especially during busy seasons.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We sure do! Please send us a message with the desired item and quantity so that we can give you a custom quote and order link!

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

This is a rare occurrence, but if it happens, I will be more than happy to help you track your package, or even send you a replacement. Please contact me to report any issues within 30 days of placing the order. If the issue is not reported within 30 days of ordering, I do not offer refunds or replacements.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great pride in the quality of our designs and print providers, but if for some reason your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a picture of the damaged item! We will be happy to send you a new product free of charge. Please contact me to report any issues within 30 days of placing the order. If the issue is not reported within 30 days of ordering, I do not offer refunds or replacements.
