When will my order ship?

I do my best to fulfill orders ever Monday and Friday. So depending on when you place your order, it will be fulfilled either of those days. Any orders of paper products larger than 11x14 may take additional processing time.

Can you track my sticker order?

Unless you contact me prior to purchasing your sticker and purchase shipping with tracking, I am unable to provide a tracking number for sticker orders. They ship via an envelope and stamp so please be sure your shipping address is correct to prevent any additional delays.

What if my order says "Delivered" but I did not receive it?

Unfortunately because of the nature of these transactions, I cannot refund you or send you a new order without first receiving the original order that was sent. I would recommend contacting your local post office first to check if they know where it is. If they are unable to locate it you will need to place a new order to receive your items. But if the original order does get sent back to me I will gladly refund you no problem.

Shop Policy on Refunds for Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the mailing service. The responsibility for the item’s safety during shipping lies with the mailing service. Filing a claim with them is the most efficient way to get your money back for damaged goods. This policy ensures we can keep our prices fair. If your order arrives damaged: 1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. 2. File a Claim: Submit a claim directly with the mailing service. 3. Contact Us: While we can't offer refunds, we’re happy to send a replacement. Email us your order number and damage photos. Thank you for your understanding and support!
