Most of the countries allow Chinas Registered Mail or E-Packet with tracking number, but others don't. We cannot guarantee tracking number for all countries. 💛 I received my item but it's broken, what do I do?
-If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, we will need you to send us a picture of the shipping label and of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or refund.

💛 Please be aware that due to the current global situation regarding the Pandemic, all logistics companies around the world, have suffered extreme delays while adjusting to the new social distancing rules. Also, several international postal flights have been cancelled or rescheduled, causing delays. For these reasons, please note that your order may take an extra 4 or 5 weeks to arrive.

Safety steps we are taking:

- Move packing stations to a minimum of six feet apart.
- Wear face mask when on premises.
- Hand sanitizers are provided on all packing stations.

Please don't assume that by leaving a note with your order, choosing the colors you want, you will receive the colors you want. Although we take into consideration customer requests, is not always possible as it depends on availability.
