Custom and personalized orders

I am always happy to make custom and personalized orders! Please keep in mind that custom orders can take 3-5 weeks to make. Feel free to contact me with your idea and I'd love to help!

All products (unless stated otherwise) are dishwasher and microwave safe. Although I recommend hand washing since a dishwasher uses harsh detergent which can slowly damage ceramics.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do my best to pack orders as eco friendly as possible while making sure they are safe on their way to you. All boxes are recycled and I use paper wrap instead of plastic. All plastic or foam materials I use are reused from packages I get. I love wrapping orders and making them as cute as possible and quite fitting for a gift. I do always include a handwritten thank you note. If you would like me to change it to a custom message please let me know (otherwise I will include it). In the unlikely case that an item arrived damaged please let me know as soon possible and I will replace it/refund you.

I ship all orders with ECO Post. Shipping from Israel usually take 7-14 business days, delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.
