Print looks good visually, but for the price I was expecting a better finish and not just printed on card. But looks good in a frame.

Hello Ellie, thank you for your review and we are sorry that you are not 100% happy with the quality. We only use premiun matt archival paper for our prints. Sometimes it can be mistaken for card as it is so thick but it is actually thick 210gsm fine art paper. We are always looking to improve and so will take on your comments and see whether there are alternative papers that we can use in the future. regards Suresh ,
