Can I change the address for my order?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the shipping address until the time of shipping. For this reason, if you need to change the shipping address please reorder your item and contact me to have your original order cancelled.

Can I cancel my order after I receive a design proof?

I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, however, if you request a cancellation after a design proof has been created and sent, I will deduct $10 from the purchase price to cover the time it took to create the proof. The remainder of the purchase price will be refunded as long as no embroidery work has been started.
