Highlights
This is truly an odd item, and hard to describe. It's a fancy apron with a silky bow and then layers of floral printed napkin like material. There are about 10 laters that can be torn off.
Seems like a cotton fabric waistband and apron string ties.
White and colorful floral print paper napkins are sewn to the waistband.
I believe it dates to about the 1970's.
