Bear Cave is a visual image from a personal ceramic artwork, a series of wombs I created as an ode to the Winter season.

Bear is one of my mean Spirit Animal companions. Bears are strong healers who are deeply connected to the earth and the cycles of the seasons and the plants that grow around them. Bears have the instinct to find the right plants for healing and they instinctively know which plants and roots to eat to make them sleepy right before moving into hibernation.

'Bear Cave' is printed in The Netherlands on recycled paper made from agriculture waste.
