Materials and Method
My Shop prints its models on the latest Elegoo resin printers using a careful mix of two high quality resins, the first I use for its detail and durability attributes the second for flexibility, this mix has been tested over a long period of time and offers the best of both. Now, Resin 3d printing requires the use of supports but all miniatures are inspected by hand, the supports carefully removed, the miniatures are then washed twice once in a whirlpool washing station and then washed in an ultrasonic bath, any excess water/resin is airbrushed away, its then left to dry and finally cured with UV light. There may sometimes be remnants of the supports or where the printer has created each layer but they are usually very minor, and I've found are often solved but a light sand or not even noticeable after a layer of paint but they are easily filled with a small amount of model putty.
Large models will often be printed in separate parts and some of the parts might be semi hollow, there are a number of reasons for this; hollowed parts reduce the risk of the print failing or having unwanted print lines as well as reducing the risk of damage to the printers. The part or model will have a lattice with support beams as well as thick walls to ensure its structural integrity.
Some models may come printed as a kit that requires assembly, I will package them this way as it assists in their safety during transit, miniatures and parts will come bubble wrapped and with biodegradable packing materials to further aid in their safe travel. Assembly is normally quite simple, but if you do need any help, I'll happily send over some pics that should clear any issues you may have, recommended glue/fixing I say is super glue or UV resin.

Processing time and Shipping
My Processing time ranges from 1-3 weeks, a lot of factors contribute to this, such as the size of the order, or indeed the size of the print haha with some parts (yea just a part!) of bigger prints taking upward of 15 hours to print, while also taking into consideration cleaning, drying, curing and packaging times. There are obviously busier times of the year, but I do my best to keep on top of things, so I’d would like to thank you for your patience and bearing with me. If there is any rush or urgency requests I will always try and accommodate for them as I am only too familiar with the need of getting a model rather urgently, accident in a fun DnD campaign.
All Domestic orders will automatically come with tracked shipping, as well as larger international orders. Both are done through Royal mail which I have found to be very reliable! If you feel the need or require shipping upgrade options, they will be in the dropdown menu, this is also where you can request faster delivery or urgency orders.

Scaling and Alterations
Always a fun and simple topic haha, so choosing the right size for your mini! I want to ensure you have everything you need to choose the right size model for your intended use, whether you're looking to bring your D&D campaigns to life with smaller classic dnd scale models (28mm), go all out with larger heroic scale minis (32mm). Or maybe you just want to own a huge dragon called Onyxia (For all you Warcraft fans haha) but aren't sure how big you can go with such a mighty winged behemoth and still fit him on the table. Companies and indeed the gaming community have many scaling methods and opinions that can become quite overwhelming and a little confusing so I am hoping this will clear things up.

**Important note on Scaling/scale size**
The wonderful thing about the world of 3D printing is that we are no longer tied down to classic D&D scaling. We can create a world and everything in it to the size and scale we want! Although the listings are described as 28mm or 32mm scale this doesn't talk about their height but their scale in comparison to the world they are played in. 32mm scale minis can come in many heights for example the average human fighter mini will be around 40mm in height (6ft in the world) the same way you wouldn't expect a halfing to be the same size as a human. 32mm (heroic) is purely just a general bigger size mini.

With that in mind, at my shop I have tried to make this process as simple and easy to understand as possible, with models coming in all sorts of fantastic poses and creative bases.

Large models; Dragon’s, Giants, Ogres and all other manner of large beast I will simply use model height and the diameter of the base as measurements for scale. Height being the lowest point of the model (not including base) – whether that is the bottom of the foot, a tentacle or whatever body part it might be, to the top of the model – the tip of a sword, the peak of a dragon's wing or simply the top of a model's head. The diameter of the base is simply the diameter of the circle that the model stands on (not including any outlying parts). The only time there's an exception to this rule is for some models that are designed to be on unusually large bases because of their pose. For example, some models are designed with a wide foot stance with a larger base to accommodate. In this situation I typically go off the model's height.

For infantry models, playable characters, Npcs and smaller monsters such as orcs, goblins undead etc I will give a general height of the miniature from head to toe, and a recommended scale (this is based on personal experience with the model) by all means choose which size you would prefer but I have found going too small on some minis that are intended to be Heroic scale can lead to breakages. I will include base size where its anything out of the ordinary

If you have any questions about a particular model's size, would like a size that's not listed, or potentially like to discuss the best size/scale for a model please don't hesitate to get in touch. Printing, painting and playing with miniatures has been my hobby for many years so happy to help and give any advice I can.

I can do minor alterations to models such as different heads, hands, wings potentially but this is largely dependent on the model that is chosen and there will be fees attached for the added labour for this, best course of action is to just shoot me a message and we can come up with a solution.

Licensing
I hold licenses to the prints I have on my shop which include but are not limited to Lord of the Print, Artisan guild, Epic miniatures and Primal collections for full list check stores about page. Most of their full libraries can be found at My mini factory, anything I don’t have on my shop but you would like of theirs please let me know.
