Each piece of sky art comes from one of my photographs, which has been digitally filtered and altered, and is printed on a metallic photo paper for added sheen. The photo is then varnished by hand, so that subtle brush strokes are seen in certain light. The effect is painterly in many of the cloud versions. The sides have been painted black and silver leafing was applied by hand.
