How do I place an order?

You may start by choosing your desired poster size & the finish you would like. If you are ordering a custom print you may send us your picture/design via Etsy messages or email.

How long does it take for an order to process and ship?

Orders typically take 3-5 business days (not accounting for weekends and holidays) to be made "processed". After your order is processed, shipping is dependent on your location and completely out of our control. All orders are shipped via UPS and tracking will be provided.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

ALL order are guaranteed by Creation Mill. Send us photos of the damaged packaging/poster print and we will send you a refund or another print on the house. Any false accusations will not be tolerated.

Can I send in a photo of where I want my poster to be and recieve a mokcup based on that location?

Not a problem, feel free to send us a picture of where you want to place your poster in your home and we'll create a mockup in that exact location. If you don't have an image, no need to worry! We have plenty of different mockups to showcase your poster print.

Do I get a mockup of what my poster will look like?

Of course! You receive two mockups of your poster & you get unlimited changes to it as well.

What if I have an overall idea for a poster but need a little extra help actually designing it?

We can definitely help with getting the juices flowing & even creating 2-3 different drafts to help.

Will my picture/design become pixelated?

Not at all, if your image isn't pixelated when you send it to us (regardless of size) there is no issue in regards to the resolution. IF your image/design is pixelated, we have special tools to help enhance any image and bring it back to life.

I changed my mind on the size or finish of my poster, can I change that?

Yes! If you change your mind about the sizing or finish of your poster print, feel free to let us know and we will cancel the existing order and you may place another with the correct options.

How do I know my image/design can be printed?

Feel free to send us your image/design and we will let you know!

All foam boards are made of expanded polystyrene foam core and surface with a 3/16" depth.

The foam boards are COMPLETELY custom made and we can also edit images/designs for you. There are no limits to the customizations we can make for your board. All custom work is done for free.

If an image resolution needs to be enhanced, you'd like to change the font on an image/design, add/remove a background, insert your own designs etc. we have the tools to do so ✨

You will receive a mockup of your foam board (with unlimited fixes) before it is sent out. No board will go out without 100% approval by you.

Shipping/Turnaround Time:
All orders will be attended to within 24 hrs or less and you will receive answers to any questions or concerns you may have. Custom made foam boards can take 24-48 hrs for a mockup to be made (depending on difficulty). Shipping is dependent on location and when we get complete approval for your board 👌🏽
