Can my family birthstone necklace be adjusted in the future as my family grows and changes?

Absolutely! Please send me a message on Etsy chat so we can discuss the changes you need for your necklace. I will create a custom listing for you to purchase and provide the details you need to complete the adjustment process.

How many initials can be on one leaf? Can you stamp front and back?

Each leaf holds exactly 1 character on the front only.

Does the package include a receipt?

Each package has a packaging slip, but this does not list the price of the item. If the purchase is marked as a gift, you can write a custom gift message that I will include in the package. The price of the item is never included on any packaging, just in case you forget to mark the item as a gift.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a white gift box that is wrapped in ribbon. There is a small polishing cloth included in each box. The presentation is classic and elegant. I also have beautiful gift wrapping (Mother's Day, Birthday, Baby, or Christmas) available for a small additional fee. You can select gift wrapping at checkout. Please leave me a message regarding the type of gift wrap desired.

What is the best way to care for my jewelry?

Gold-filled, gold vermeil, and sterling silver jewelry can be lasting pieces in your jewelry collection. To properly care for your jewelry, you should remove your jewelry prior to sleeping, showering or swimming (in salt water or chlorine). Salt and chemicals may discolor your jewelry. You should also apply perfumes, creams, and lotions prior to putting on your jewelry. It is best to gently clean your jewelry with a clean, dry cotton cloth. Some polishing cloths are treated with chemicals that can strip the gold (the polishing cloth included in your package is designed to be used with gold filled and gold vermeil jewelry).
