Shipping and Delivery time

How can I return/exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition.
