Can I cancel my order after placing the order?

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 45% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

How do you ship internationally?

We use USPS, DHL Express and UPS worldwide shipping, it will be 1-3 business days and it is trackable. These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including the time of manufacturing.

1. When worn regularly, your jewelry is exposed to skin oils, perspiration, dust, makeup, and more. 2. The best way to prevent tarnishing is to store clean, dry in a dry airtight container, like a ziplock bag. 3. An anti-tarnish strip with the jewelry in a ziplock bag will help fight against tarnish. 4. Don’t leave jewelry in the bathroom. Humidity can speed up the oxidation process that produces tarnish. 5. Minimize jewelry contact to chemicals (hairspray, perfume, body lotion, bleach, etc.) and do not wear it the shower, swimming pool or hot tub. 6. After taking off jewelry, clean it with a dry soft cloth before putting it back into an airtight container. We also make size according to you.

Does your free shipping come with signature required service?

Orders with free shipping go out with USPS First Class Mail tracking. We require a signature for orders more than $500. If you need a signature required service, you can select that service in the shipping options on your cart. We use USPS, DHL Express or UPS for our International Standard Shipping no signature required.

If you don't like my product

If you don't like the product after u can return my items so you have to pay 40% charges and 60% cut your payment.
