After each piece of glass has been designed, it is carefully heat treated. This process helps to ensure lasting luster and elegance. All my products are safe to hand wash with a sponge using most dish washing liquids, except the ones that have abrasives in them or bleach. You can use warm or hot water, just remember DO NOT SOAK OR SCRATCH !!! If you need additional information, don't hesitate to contact me by sending a message.

I don't accept returns or exchanges. I do accept cancellations within 2 hours of your purchase. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Any forced returns are at expense of buyer unless there is an issue with the product. If buying from Hawaii or Alaska please ask for shipping pricing. The shipping charges are for CONTINENTAL USA. I try to do my best to pack items extra careful with lots of protective bubble wrap, but sometimes you may get a package that is damaged/broken...PLEASE TAKE A COUPLE OF PICTURES of the damaged item in the box as you open it and after also, so I could claim the damaged product.
