How do I personalise my order?

Please enter all the details for your print in the 'personalisation box' (underneath the drop down boxes) when placing your order. The information needed is outlined above the box (or in the listing description.) Additionally there is a 'notes to seller' box on the checkout page where you can leave me a message too!

Will I receive a proof of my design before it is printed and dispatched?

It depends which print you are purchasing... if you are buying a timeline or a stickman family print a sample is always sent for you to check prior to finalising. If you are buying one of our other prints or a pushpin map I will only send a sample if I need to check something with you, or if you request to see one (which I am very happy to do so please don't hesitate to ask!)

What framing options do you offer?

Unless stated in the listing description that a frame is included, we offer a black or white frame option for our 8x10'' and 11x14'' size prints which you will need to purchase alongside your chosen design. PLEASE NOTE: Frame size is the same for both sizes therefore the 8x10'' prints include a mount and the 11x14'' prints do not include a mount. You can view and purchase a frame in the ''Framing & Size Upgrade'' section of our shop.

I am framing myself, what size frame do I need?

We offer the following 3 image sizes which all require different frame sizes: ♥ 5x7 inches {select prints only} Designed to fit any frame with a 5x7 mount (or matt) opening ♥ 8x10 inches Designed to fit any frame with an 8x10 mount (or matt) opening ♥ 11x14 inches Designed to fit any frame with an 11x14 mount (or matt) opening In all cases the fabric is slightly larger than the image size so you will have plenty of room when mounting your print. Alternatively you may choose to buy a frame with no mount to fit the exact size of your print, however you will then need to trim the print to fit the frame (which is easily done with a sharp pair of scissors). If you need any further information on frames/sizes we are very happy to help :)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Here are the estimated shipping times for each country: Please note that these are delivery times only and processing times (the time it takes us to make your order) are in additional to this. ♥ UK: 2-3 working days (unless you advise you need it sooner and we can send on a 1-2 day service) ♥ Europe: 3-5 business days ♥ USA and everywhere else: 5-7 business days {International orders must allow 30 business days as occasionally items can get held up in customs.} Processing times vary (most items are 1-3 days) however please check individual listings for an accurate processing time on your print.

What if there is a mistake with my order?

If the error is on our part we will replace your order straight away. If you made a mistake with your personalisation please get in touch, we will be able to offer a replacement at a reduced cost.

Do you make larger map sizes?

We would love to offer larger map sizes and are working towards being able to offer them in the future, however at this time the largest map we can offer is the 11x14.

Can I choose my map pin colours?

I'm afraid we cannot supply individual colours... each pushpin map includes a box of 100 mixed colour map pins: there are 9 colours in total (listed below) and approximately 11 of each colour (plus 1 more!) so hopefully enough to get you started :) {Colours are: red, dark blue, light blue, orange, yellow, green, pink, white & purple}

The item matches the description. I preferred to not have a photo and have the lyrics of our first dance as a married couple. The seller said it was not a problem to have it that way. I received a few emails to confirm the options of what I wanted before printing and sending, showing great communication with the owner. The item was perfect and I do recommend it!
