All pieces are made by Tracy in her studio in sunny Northern California, so please allow 2-3 days before your order is ready to be shipped. Keep in mind that production time does not include shipping time.

⚙️ EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to the delicate nature of creating quality, handmade pieces. Exchanges are gladly accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned to seller within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
