As a result of this personalised process, I regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are not available if you order the wrong size. Under EU Consumer Rights laws, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving the item. After the 14-day period has passed, the right to cancel no longer applies, and returns are no longer required by law unless the item is faulty or not as described.
