- Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise all artworks will be printed the way we receive them. We can remove the background for you if you type it in personalization part.

- Artwork will be printed in the size that you select. Sizes may change slightly based on the design proportions.

- The ready images will be printed and shipped next day! The expected delivery is based on your shipping selection at checkout.

Images or Files Submissions Guidelines

✔️ We recommend using PNG format for your images. For the best results, ensure a resolution of 300 DPI.
✔️ Prior to sending your image, kindly remove the background. If you require background removal, please specify this in the personalization box. Both gang sheet creation and background removal are provided free of charge

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEAT PRESS
1. Begin by preheating the heat press to a medium to the hottest setting. The recommended temperature is 350°F, with a pressure of 70 psi or higher.
2. Iron over your garment to eliminate any creases and warm up the fabric.
3. Position the transfer face up on the garment and cover it with a greaseproof sheet. Do not apply the heat press directly onto the transfer.
4. Heat press for 15 seconds.
5. Allow the transfer to cool for 2 minutes before removing the tape for the best results.
6. Once it has cooled, peel the backing away from one corner to check if the transfer has adhered. If it has, proceed to peel off the remainder slowly. If it hasn't, repress for 10 seconds in intervals of 5 seconds while checking.
7. After peeling away the clear film tape, place the greaseproof sheet once more and return the garment to the heat press for an additional 5 seconds to secure the transfer in place.
