• Severe rot, mold, or collapse of the plant
• Plant crushed or damaged beyond recovery during transit

**Does Not Qualify**
• Minor leaf loss, bent stems, or cosmetic damage
• Soil shifting or loose soil in the box
• Temporary wilting from shipping stress
• Natural variation in size, fullness, or color compared to listing photos
• Issues reported after the 48-hour window

**Resolution Policy**
Each order qualifies for **one replacement OR one refund**.
If a replacement is sent, it is considered the **final resolution** for that order.

Because we also absorb the cost of **packaging and shipping replacements**, we are unable to provide multiple replacements or refunds for the same order.
