My order hasn't arrived. Where can I download the poster?

You will receive an Etsy email with a download link. In "Purchases and Reviews" tab, you can also see the download button next to your order. (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) The file you downloaded is a PDF file named "PPDThankYou" or "YourFiles." You can access the Google Drive link where the posters are located by clicking the button on the PDF.

I downloaded the PDF file but I cannot access the Drive link.

If you're using a phone or tablet, the button within the PDF may not work. If possible, use a computer to download the files. If not, please contact me.

I want to print a 16x20 poster, but this size is not among the files.

File names represent the aspect ratio. For example, for a 16x20 inch poster, you should use a file named "4x5 ratio." Please carefully refer to the "Size Guide", if you would like a custom size print that I do not list here, please contact me.
