We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event you encounter an issue, please reach out to us ASAP! Please review your order prior to checkout to ensure item details and delivery address is correct. Once order is placed, customers have 4 hours to change or cancel an item. After that timeframe, we cannot allow any changes on the order to be made!

All apparel should be washed on cold inside out and on a delicate washing cycle. Hang to air dry or tumble dry on low heat if needed. Do not iron on either side where design is placed. This is to protect the quality of the design on your shirt or sweatshirt!

Please understand we are a small business and each item is handmade and made to order. Due to this, we have a 2-6 business day processing time on our DTG printed items and 4-8 business day processing time on our puff made items. If you are inquiring on your order status before the business days noted prior have passed, please refer to the information here. In the very rare chance your order is going to be late, we will reach out to let you know beforehand. There is no update we are able to give if we are still within the processing time posted. *During the holiday season processing time will increase due to volume of orders that time of year. This processing time will be reflected before checkout and on emailed receipt.

My item says delivered but I never received it?

In order to solve this problem appropriately, first a case needs to be opened with the USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Once packages are dropped off to the post office, it is in the postal services hands. I am happy to help resolve this matter, but as a small shop, please understand that I cannot refund any order without proof from the USPS that it is lost. We require that customers contact us within 5 business days of the item being marked as delivered for this issue.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address to their order. After 4 hours, the address can not be changed. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back. Once we receive the item back, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

Receiving A Damaged Item/Incorrect Item

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly help the best we can to get you a replacement or a refund, but we must be contacted within (1) week of delivery at the latest. As a small business, we try our best to check everything before it leaves our hands, but mistakes can happen! We are always available via Etsy messages.

As a small shop, we need you to fill out everything correctly in the personalization box. We cannot be held responsible for misspelling/leaving out information on order details. If you do not specify a design color, we may reach out to you via Etsy messages. If we do not have a response in 24 hours, your order will either be canceled or we will move forward with our default design colors. Replacements for incorrectly filling out info in the personalization box will not be given. It is up to the customer to fill out the correct info and repurchase a replacement.
