Are fonts included? Can I add my own?

There are a range of fonts available within the software - there is no need to install any fonts. At this time you can't add your own fonts. If you are wanting something to match an already designed stationery piece feel free to message us and we can make some suggestions on a font which will be a close match.

Can I change the size of the listings?

Editable invitations are offered in two standard sizes, 4x6 and 5x7. You don't have to decide the size at the time of purchase. Once you go into edit your invitation you can select the 4x6 or 5x7 (or both)!

Digital downloads are suitable for home printing or professional/print shop printing. Download options include PDF, JPG formats, with trim and bleed marks if required. What parts of the design are editable?

- Most text is editable. You can change the color, size, font, or add additional text. Check what text can be edited using the demo link in the listing description. - Optional - add your own images and photos - Change the background color The following elements CANNOT be edited: - Graphic elements (color, size, placement) are not editable. - Invitation size and orientation cannot be changed TIP: Use the demo link in the listing description see exactly what is editable.

How do I print metallic, foil, glitter textures?

Graphic elements with a metallic or glitter appearance will not have a natural shimmer when printed. The texture that resembles foil is not meant to be printed using actual foil paper. Instead, the invitation should be printed using regular printer ink. The foil texture will appear with light and dark contrast, but it will not possess a shimmering effect when printed alone.

How do I access my template?

After purchasing an item Corjl will send out an email message (within 15 minutes) to the email associated with your Etsy account. The message will contain a link, which you can use to log in and access your purchased items. You can also go directly to Corjl.com click "EDIT A PURCHASED ITEM" or "CUSTOMER LOGIN" and enter your order ID and login information to access your purchased items.

I didn't receive an email from Corjl

If you have paid using Apple Pay and opt to use the "Hide My Email" feature when paying, Corjl is not able to send the order email to your email address. Just send me a message with an email address to re-send. You can also go directly to Corjl.com click "EDIT A PURCHASED ITEM" or "CUSTOMER LOGIN" and enter your order ID and login information to access your purchased items.
