Vintage German Store Canister of Rachengold Aeska Hustenbonbons from the Adolf Speck company. This large shabby tin can originally held cough drop candies. The contents are long gone but this canister remains - a perfect addition to addition to farmhouse or vintage kitchens. The can is 10-1/2” high and 6-1/2” X 8-1/2” around the bottom. It has a hinged lid which works smoothly. The red finish on the lid is dusty and somewhat faded. The other areas have various spots or areas of wear to the finish, though graphics and writing is still intact. The interior metal is darkened and has spots and specks of wear to the shine. The golden finish on the outer bottom also has wear as well as some spots of rust. It is still sturdy
