If an original is damaged during transport to you or does not arrive, the purchase price will be refunded.

Please inspect the packaging upon receipt of the shipment for possible damage. If the packaging is damaged, the contents could also be damaged. If the packaging is damaged, this must be reported to the deliverer and noted when signing.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials, take photos of both the packaging and the artwork, and contact me. Please also contact the delivery company to report the damage.

The import of works of art, drawings, paintings and reproductions is duty-free in many countries.

Customs duty exemption does not always guarantee import tax exemption. If in doubt, always ask the customs authorities in the respective country first.

Unless otherwise agreed, the possession of the work does not entail any exploitation or usage rights under copyright law. The artwork may not be altered, cut, destroyed, displayed, copied or reproduced without the written permission of the artist.

For a return, contact me up to 14 days after receipt of the shipment and send me the artwork within 30 days of receipt. The return must be insured in the original condition and in the original packaging. All costs associated with the return, shipping, customs, taxes, etc. are borne by the buyer. After receipt of the work of art in undamaged original condition, the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be refunded.
