My polymer clay pieces are durable, but they should be handled with care to ensure they last a long time. Due to their small size, these items are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items (charms, jewelry and craft supplies) are carefully packaged individually and shipped in a padded envelope or a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they arrive safely.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to help. Please note: A parcel is only considered lost after 30 days (Europe) or 60 days (rest of the world) from the shipping date Replacements or refunds cannot be issued before this period has passed

Unclaimed Packages/ Wrong Addresses

I am not responsible for packages that are not claimed or that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to me: The customer may request reshipment (shipping costs must be paid again) If a refund is requested, only the item cost will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable) If the package is not returned to me, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Requests for reshipment or refund must be made within 180 days from the date of purchase. After this period, no action can be taken.

In case of lost items, returned packages, or other eligible situations, the customer has up to 180 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or reshipment. Please note that refunds are only issued in accordance with the shop policies outlined above. After this period, no refunds or reshipments will be issued.

If you require an invoice with your VAT/tax number, please request it before placing your order or within 12 hours after the purchase. Once the order has been shipped, invoices are issued without the buyer’s VAT number and cannot be modified or reissued. All invoices are issued through the Portuguese Tax Authority and, for this reason, are provided in Portuguese and in Euro currency.
