Returns are only accepted if an error was made on our end. If there is an issue with your order please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can discuss the necessary steps. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

Production begins immediately once your order is placed. Therefore we are unable to except changes or cancellations once an order is submitted.

I cannot guarantee that an item will be delivered by a certain date. If you are in need of an item in a certain time frame feel free to convo me. We can discuss options to ensure I have your order shipped by a specific date. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. It can not be changed once you hit submit. Once it is dropped off it is out of my control and at the mercy of the shipping provider.

Sizing and Imperfections

All items are handmade. Dimensions may vary slightly. Each piece of wood his handpicked and may contain variations and imperfections adding to the uniqueness of your items. No 2 items will ever be the same. Your finished product may vary slightly from the depicted image. We do our best to photograph our products in natural lighting, but please note monitors may depict colors differently.

Items will not include hanging hardware. We recommend 3M or Loctite Fun-Tak depending on the weight of your item. We are not responsible for items hung improperly.

"FREE SHIPPING" translates to shipping included. We calculate material, labor, and shipping when listing prices to make it more transparent for our customers. Orders over $35 ship free.
