Processing & Shipping Time, Rush Orders

🍌Processing: Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 2-5 business days for most items to ship. Shipping times for each item are located on each listing. 🍌Rush Orders: Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately can not offer Rush Shipping. If you have questions if your product will arrive in time please send a private message before placing an order. 🍌Shipping: Within the USA is done via USPS and takes around 2-5 business days depending on your location. This does not include weekends or holidays. Times are estimations and not guarantees. Outside the USA deliveries take approximately 10-30 business days. Orders within the US do not have any additional taxes or tariffs.

🍌How to track your order: Visit the tab labeled "Purchases and Reviews" within your Etsy account. You will find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking info once available. If you are located outside the USA your tracking number only works while the item is still within the states. Once outside the tracking will not update until the item is delievered. If you have a question on the items status please send me a message and I will do my best to get a more updated status for you.

Delays or missing items

🍌Delays: If an order doesn't arrive by the estimated date, please private message us. A number of factors can influence mail speeds, so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sorting facility. If after the 7 days your order has not arrived we will get a replacement item on it's way to you promptly. 🍌Missing Item If your item was "underliverable" because of an address error it will need to be reshipped. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. If an order is lost we ask that you allow 7 days after expected date for your order to arrive. If after 7 days your tracking does not update or your order arrives we will work to get it found or re-shipped asap.

Internation customs and duty charges

🍌Customs & duty charges Some countries require a duty fee, tax or customs charge before an order can be delivered. These charges are dependent on your location and are the buyer's responsibility. 🍌Marking orders as gifts: Requests to mark orders as "Gift" on our customs forms to avoid the possibility of paying a customs fee or tax will be ignored. Marking purchased goods as "Gifts" is extremely illegal. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific country.

🍌Returns and exchanges: Returns are allowed on any item that isn't customized with a name or date or personal information. Buyer is responsible for delivery charges to ship the item back and will only be refunded their original item cost less any shipping fees to get the item to them. In the event of an exchange you will pay the shipping for any new items purchased.

🍌Damaged Item If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the packaged item within 2 days of its arrival. Once we assess the damage to your package, we will replace your item at no cost to you as quickly as possible. A new item will need to be created so please allow normal processing times for production and shipping.

Custom Orders & Gift Wrapping

🍌Custom order: If you have a specific idea in mind we can work with you to create the perfect product for you. Simply send us a personal message with details of the design, item and size or color that you are looking for. We will be more than happy to personalize something just for you at no additional charge. 🍌Gift wrapping: At this time we do not have the ability to gift wrap your order. The items are sent in plain packaging direct from the production facility.
