If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact me within 5 business days of USPS delivery, no exceptions. You will have 5 business days to return item(s) from the date you received it.

For your return to be eligible, your item(s) must be UNUSED and in the same condition you received it. All returned items must be returned in the same manner it was shipped & received whether it was boxed or in a flat envelope. Please provide us with the tracking number, we will not refund your purchase without it.

Once received, the return will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. *We do not cover return shipping.

Unfortunately, as of September 2021, I can no longer combine orders. No exceptions. It was causing major business interruptions and delays getting packages out. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, we can customize orders. Please message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Please note custom made designs/prints, custom cut sizes, and custom precut orders are Final Sale and will not be returnable.
*Any custom orders/custom listings (including pre-cut orders) over $50 must be purchased before it’s cut.
*All custom orders must be purchased within 48 hours of my listing ready notification to the buyer or the order is cancelled.

Orders placed ship in 5 business days. I ship on regular business days only, this does not include weekends or holidays. Please message me if you have a specific or special shipping request.

All shipped orders are given a tracking number which is provided to the customer & can be found in your purchase history. Please refer to your tracking number prior to contacting me about status of delivery. Questions/concerns regarding shipped but delay packages need to be addressed with the USPS.

Please note: refunds cannot be issued on orders that are still in transit or delayed by the USPS.

If there was an issue with your order, please contact me within 5 business days of USPS confirmed delivery to discuss next steps.

Please note: Damaged/defective items will need to be unused/uncut and returned to me for refund. Please contact me using Etsy messaging regarding any possible concerns with your order.

Please note our wooden and acrylic findings are laser cut. This may result in darker or off colored edges and not considered a product defect. The thin protective masking may still be on the pieces, Do Not Use duck tape to remove the protective masking as it may remove the stain. Duck tape is too strong for mdf core boards and will damage the wood.

Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the findings! Most often, Windex or magic eraser will remove any possible residue left behind from the laser cutting process.

If you have a quality concern, please send me a photo of the issue in question for review and/or possible replacement.
