Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do! We can adjust designs to suit your colour or scale requirements. We can also help with measurements and sizes, so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

How many rolls do I need to order?

Make sure you measure the height and width of your wall carefully. For the height, measure at both ends and take the longest measurement. For the width, make sure you measure the top and bottom of your wall and take the longest measurement. Once you know the width of your wall, divide by 28 ins or 72cm (the width of a roll). This will give you the number of rolls you need. You will need to round up if 28 or 72 doesn't divide exactly so, for example, if your wall measures 134 inches wide you will need 5 rolls. Next, check the height of your wall against the lengths of wallpaper we offer and find the nearest. We work in 10 inch increments so make sure the length of wallpaper you choose is longer than the height of your wall.

Can you help me with my order?

Yes, of course! Please send us your measurements and we can calculate the quantity that you need.

What is Peel & Stick wallpaper?

Peel & Stick wallpaper is wallpaper that has a backing that can be peeled off rather like a large sticker. No wallpaper glue is required and it is easy to install - no special skills or tools are required. The other great advantages of Peel & Stick wallpaper is that is removable which makes it a great option if you are in rented accommodation or like to change your decor regularly.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As your order is custom printed we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

What is the difference between polyester and vinyl peel and stick wallpaper?

Polyester peel and stick wallpaper is a slightly lighter version of self-adhesive wallpaper. It is a polyester textile and therefore has a woven structure which makes it very durable and less prone to stretching. It has a matte, lightly textured surface like that of a fine fabric. It is wipeable. Vinyl peel and stick wallpaper is a heavier version of self-adhesive wallpaper with a more textured surface like that of canvas. It extremely durable.

Which peel and stick wallpaper is best for high moisture areas like bathrooms or kitchens?

Providing you prepare your walls according to the instructions, i.e. remove loose plaster, repair holes, sand, wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust etc, either the polyester or vinyl will work well. However, the vinyl is probably most suitable due to its heavier grade, it can withstand a higher degree of moisture. If at all unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can discuss your specific project.

If I send you a photo of my project, are you able to provide a digital mockup with the wallpaper I would like?

Yes, we are happy to provide a mockup using your photo. It will help to give you an idea of scale etc

How many people does it take to install your wallpaper?

We would always recommend that it is a two person job, however, smaller projects are more do-able as a one person job.

Can I cancel my order?

As all orders are custom printed for each customer, and we like to begin production as soon as possible, it is only possible to cancel your order within one hour of placing it.
