We will always be willing to help in case packages take a long time to be delivered.
(We are not responsible for packages delivered later than the specified date,especially around the holidays) Upon request, we will contact our delivery service to investigate any package with a tracking code. Packages are always shipped to the address provided on Etsy. Should this address be incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any loss. The same applies to packages that are not claimed at the post office, are not delivered or are lost.

All items offered in the shop are Antique, Vintage and Brocante.
Often special items that show signs of use and age. The photos are part of the description and please view them carefully before placing an order. In the case of exceptional signs of use or damage, this will be stated in the description and indicated on the photos. Also pay attention to the dimensions whether an item is larger or smaller than you would think given the photo, this to avoid disappointment. If there are any questions, please let me know.
All items are surface cleaned to maintain the often beautiful patina and are stored in a clean area. All items that have woodworm holes are treated, but always keep an eye on it as it may need further treatment.

If you would like multiple items, please email us and I can make a custom listing for you and adjust the shipping cost.
For privacy reasons, we will not use full names in the reserved listing.

To pack items we (usually) use recycled boxes, paper and bubble wrap that are clean and stored in a clean environment.
Sometimes we use box in box shipping when it is necessary.
We make every effort to ship an item properly and safely and cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur after the package has been sent.

Once shipped, you will receive the shipping code added to your order information on Etsy

All packages are sent with track and trace, this is standard.
If you would like to send insured, that option is also available and you can indicate at the end of the order.
We ship with Post.nl, which uses a standard size
up to a size of 50 x 50 x 100 cm.
Would you like to send combined, which is often possible to save on shipping costs, please send an email and I can see if it is possible to send, for example, up to 2 - 5 or 10 kg.
It can happen if several items are ordered that it does not fit in the package up to 2 or 5 kg. In that case you will receive a confirmation of your purchase afterwards, including a link for the additional shipping costs.
I do not charge extra for packaging materials.

If you experience a problem or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of the package. We will always try to work it out in the best possible way for both parties. We accept returns.( except SALE and DISCOUNT items !) In case of return, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. The paid shipping costs of your purchase and any additional costs (made by customs, for example) for returning items will not be refunded by us.

In case of a return, please take into account the following conditions. Shipment to us must be made within 21 days of delivery to you, in the original packaging and. The items must be undamaged and/or in the same condition as stated in the description .If items are returned to us as stated, we will refund the original purchase cost of your order minus the original shipping cost.

In the case of a return outside the EU,
please complete all necessary forms for shipment and mark as a RETURN (eg Returned used goods). If it is not marked as return, any customs fees will be charged to us and therefore they will be deducted from the refund amount.
