1️⃣ Digital Product – No Physical Item
1. This is a PDF digital sewing pattern – you will not receive a physical product.
2. After purchase, you can instantly download the files from your Etsy account via a Web browser.
3. Please note: Digital downloads are not available through the Etsy app. You must use a Web browser to access your files.
4.Since downloading the pattern is an important part of our refund policy, We do not send files via email if the pattern has not been downloaded.

✪✪ How to Download Your Files on Etsy ✪✪

Step 1: Log into the Etsy Website
Go to www.etsy.com using a Web browser like Chrome or Safari.
⚠️ Please note: Files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app.

Step 2: Go to "Purchases and Reviews"
After logging in, click your profile icon (top right), then select "Purchases and Reviews" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Find your order
Look for your order from Sewing Stroll and click the “Download Files” button next to it.

Step 4: Save the files to your device
Click each file to download. Files usually go to your computer or phone’s Downloads or Files folder.

Step 5 (Optional): Use a computer for printing
💡If you're planning to print the pattern, using a desktop or laptop is recommended.
💡It gives better access to print settings and makes the files easier to manage.

📌 Tips:
* If you can’t find the email from Etsy, check your Spam or Junk folder. But for downloading, it’s best to open the Etsy Website directly in Chrome or Safari, as email links on mobile can cause login or access issues.
* You can re-download anytime from "Purchases and Reviews."


2️⃣ No Refunds After Download
1. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

3. In exceptional cases, order cancellations may be considered only if the file has not been downloaded.

5️⃣ Apple ID Login Issues Affecting File Access

If you purchased using Apple ID and are unable to download your files due to access permission issues, please note that I’m unable to send files via email. Unfortunately, Etsy’s system will still show them as ‘not downloaded,’ which can cause issues with order processing and refunds.

To avoid this, I recommend creating an Etsy account with an email instead of using Apple ID. All digital files must be downloaded directly from the Etsy Website using the account that was used for the purchase. If the issue persists, please contact Etsy Customer Support for further assistance.
