It came just how it was described. The sizes are generous so order your normal size. I ordered my sneaker size and it’s a little too big. I could still wear it though. I’m an eight in a sneaker, but my foot is 7.5. Or Europe size 38 is my foot but usually wear 39. 38 would fit better for me in this sandal.

Great seller to work with especially coming from outside USA. Something like shoes are really hard to know if they are right for you until you try them on, and this shop had their return shipping fees posted. So, that made ordering easier. The back strap piece does collapse a little, I do feel like it’s a little insecure, but they work great for my purposes!

The shoes are fine. They need more traction on the inside- walking uphill in grass is very difficult, but I’m not planning to wear them that often. But the seller ships very strangely and now FedEx is harassing me because she didn’t pay them properly and now they want me to pay (most of which is just a service fee and could have been avoided if they had been shipped correctly to begin with). I have never had this before and it’s definitely illegal to make me pay this because I never made a deal with FedEx or agreed to anything with them. My contract is with the seller who has made this my problem. The business side of this shop needs figured out. But for real the shoes need more traction as well they’re super slippery.
