Vintage Men’s Hand made black leather loafers perforated design tassels Italian leather 1990s dress shoe Androgynous slip on shoes/ 9 M

These are very pretty Men’s black leather slip on loafers with tassels. Perforated design. Leather all around.
They do say Hand made inside. They seem like fantastic spanish leather shoes. In great shape. They show slight signs of their age, but over all a beautiful shoe! I have not polished, I only wipe them down with a cloth.
No real flaws noted. The bottom leather soles do show scuffy marks, etc. see all pics & footbed measurements below.
these would be cute on a women as well in my opinion.
