What will I receive when I purchase a listing from your shop?

All of the listings in my shop are for instant downloads containing an SVG, PNG and PDF files. These cut files can be used for cutting vinyl with your Silhouette, Cricut, or other cutting machine. You can also print these graphics using PDF to frame or create iron-on or sublimation transfers, create a stencil for painting a wood sign, or more! I do not provide any physical products, so please note that nothing will be mailed to you

How do I access the files from my order?

All of my files are available through instant download via Etsy. Etsy will send you an automatic email with links to download the files for your purchase. This email is separate from your order confirmation from Etsy. If you were logged into your account at the time of your order, you can also access your files by clicking on your profile photo in the top right corner of Etsy's home page, then selecting "Purchases and Reviews." There will be a button that says "Download Files" next to this purchase, which will allow you to access your downloads. You DO need to use a computer or your mobile browser to download these files. The option to download is not available through the Etsy app.

Can I sell products that I make using these files?

All of my files come with a commercial license that allows you to use designs on physical products. This DOES NOT include the right to sell on Print on Demand sites, including but not limited to Printify, Printful, Zazzle, Red Bubble, or Amazon Merch. You cannot resell my files in any digital form.

Can I use these files with my software, cutting machine, or device?

You can use the files with programs such as Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, and other cutting machines. Please verify that these file types will work with your specific program, cutting machine, and/or other device before purchasing. For Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Designer or Business Edition, use the SVG file. PNG is typically used for printing or iron-on transfers (has a transparent background). Some mobile devices will not allow you to download and extract files from a zipped folder. You may need to have a computer or a special app to unzip these files to use on your phone or tablet.

Help! I am having trouble accessing my files, opening them in my software, or using this design!

If you have any questions about accessing or using your files, I am always happy to help you troubleshoot! When you contact me, it would help if you include information about which software you are using for your project, which file type you are using, and a detailed description of what is happening. If you can include a screenshot or a photo of your computer screen, that is helpful too so I can see exactly what is going on.

❇️ SVGs are great for Cricut, Silhouette Studio (DESIGNER Edition only!!! Basic Edition does not accept SVGs), Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge and many more. SVG files are great for a variety of projects, including paper, vinyl, fabric, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), iron on vinyl, faux leather.
❇️ PNGs are saved at 300 DPI on a transparent background and is great for T-shirt printing, pillows, decals, towels, mugs and other sublimation projects.
